  • How do I get a quote?
    You don’t need to register to get a quote with us. Simply go to our ‘Quote and Apply’ page and enter the details requested to get a quick quote.
  • How do I get training or more information about your products and services?
    Depending on your specific requirements we can provide bespoke training sessions to suit your individual or business needs. Contact our Sales Support Team on 01234 358 344 or sales@britishfriendly.com to arrange a visit by one of our Account Managers or for more information.
  • Who can I speak to about my pre-sales queries?
    We want you to get answers quickly, so we’ll always arrange for you to speak to one of our decision makers. Call us on 01234 358 344 and we’ll put you in touch with one of our Underwriters, Claims Assessors or Sales Support depending on your needs.
  • I’m having trouble logging into my account.
    If you are experiencing any technical problems or simply need to reset your password, call us on 01234 358 344 and ask for Sales Support.
  • I have a general query that isn’t covered in your FAQs.
    Just give us a call on 01234 358 344 and ask for Sales Support or e-mail us on sales@britishfriendly.com and we’ll do our best to answer any questions you have.
  • How do my clients make a claim?
    If your client would like to make a claim, they will need to e-mail details of their illness or injury to claimsenquiry@britishfriendly.com and a member from the Claims Team will give them a call back. Payments are made weekly and paid directly into your client’s bank account throughout their claim period or until they can return to work.
  • How do I make an application?
    Go to our ‘Quote and Apply’ page to begin an online application. If you’re a registered user you’ll be prompted to login after you receive a quote. If you are a new user, please contact our Sales Support Team on 01234 358 344 to register first.
  • What are my application options?
    We’ve designed our online application to be as quick and straightforward as possible. We provide 2 options for completing your client’s medical details: 1. Telephone interview with Morgan Ash. This can be booked online at your convenience if you're logged in or we will book for you if you're not registered with us. We highly recommend this option, to ensure your client’s application can be thoroughly assessed at application stage and avoid non-disclosure issues at claims stage. 2. Online medical and lifestyle questionnaire. You can complete the questionnaire for your client at your convenience. Once you’ve completed this option, we will send you and your client an e-mail confirming that your application is complete and a member of our New Business Team will be in touch to notify your client when their application is on risk. Please note underwriting limits may apply with this option.
